Delivery may take up to 2 weeks within India and 3 weeks internationally.

Cash on delivery is available within India only.

Products bought during the "End-of-Season" sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return and exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving the package.
Shoes are only eligible for size exchange within 7 days of purchase. Packaging to be intact as per originally received goods.
All order once placed are confirmed. COD orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
COD is unavailable outside India. All international orders with COD mode of payment will be considered cancelled.
We offer credit note upon return which is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
Intimation for return/exchange should be sent to info@thenotebookofficial.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
The tags on the product should be intact.
Return/exchange is not applicable on belts.
The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
Return and exchange is accepted within India only.

Refund is offered only if the client has received a damaged, defective or wrong supply of products.
The refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of approval.
