Delivery Terms:

- COD orders require 15% advance payment through UPI for order confirmation. Our team will connect with you regarding confirmation over WhatsApp.
- Cash on delivery is available within India only.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Products bought during the "End-of-Season" sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return and exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving the package.
- All order once placed are confirmed. COD orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- COD is unavailable outside India. All international orders with COD mode of payment will be considered cancelled.
- We offer credit note upon return which is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Refund is offered only if client has received a damaged, defective or wrong supply of products.
- Intimation for return/exchange should be sent to info@thenotebookofficial.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- Return/exchange is not applicable on belts.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
