Return and Exchange Policy:

• Products bought during the "End-of-Season" sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Return and exchange is accepted within 7 days of receiving the package.
• Shoes are only eligible for size exchange within 7 days of purchase. Packaging to be intact as per originally received goods.
• All order once placed are confirmed. COD orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
• COD is unavailable outside India. All international orders with COD mode of payment will be considered cancelled.
• We offer credit note upon return which is valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase.
• Intimation for return/exchange should be sent to info@thenotebookofficial.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
• The tags on the product should be intact.
• Return/exchange is not applicable on belts.
• The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
• Return and exchange is accepted within India only.
• Return/exchange is possible one time only
